Norwich Beer Festival : one year later

The 34th Norwich Beer Festival finished last night and I am amazed when I think back to last year's festival that Golden Triangle was little more than a dream for the future. I was working as a volunteer at the festival and I was given valuable advice by some of the more experienced brewers there.

One year on and City Gold has just won the Bronze award in the Golden Ale category:

City in the Summer

Golden Triangle City Gold can now be enjoyed during August in several good pubs around the fine city of Norwich.

It is currently stocked at ; The Fat Cat, The Kings Head, The Cottage, Take 5, The Wig and Pen, The Murderers, The Castlegates, The Earlham Arms and The Beehive ( leopold rd ).

City of Ale : update

City Gold has been selling out quickly in many of the pubs of Norwich involved in the City of Ale festival.

Today , Saturday, the last available cask of Golden Triangle City Gold in this festival is on at the Fat Cat Norwich.

City Gold in City of Ale Festival

City Gold was launched last night at the City of Ale opening event after a very successful preview at the Beehive (first cask sold out in two days). We received many positive comments and the next brew day is now being planned. City Gold is currently available at the Murderers , the CastleGates, and the Trafford Arms with more to follow soon . Golden Triangle are currently developing a flavoursome new ale for the City of Ale festival;

"City Gold" is a pale golden, hop laden 3.8% ale with a delightful citrus hop aroma.
